Job Description
At Aledade were looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist to lead and shape our event and trade show strategy driving brand engagement lead generation and business growth through impactful events and conferences. Youll work collaboratively across teams to strategically plan execute and optimize events with a focus on inclusivity accessibility and aligning with business objectives. Your role will be key in refining our national trade show strategy improving logistics and enhancing our overall presence. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely/work from home anywhere within the US.
Primary Duties:
- Lead comprehensive planning and of regional and national trade shows conferences and regional events ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate event design and onsite with our Demand Generation Product Portfolio Brand Strategy and Network Development teams to maintain consistent branding successful lead generation tactics and experiential marketing tactics.
- Manage event ROI budgets vendor negotiations contracts and timelines while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Evaluate and improve trade show workflows and operations. Utilize event management platforms like Monday Hubspot and Salesforce to track analyze and improve event performance metrics.
- Provide mentorship and guidance for more junior members of the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
- 6 years of professional experience in event planning and management specifically trade show and conference
- Ability to travel domestically (up to 35 of the time)
Preferred KSAs:
- Proven experience managing a high volume of events with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in event management and CRM software (Monday Hubspot Salesforce preferred)
- Demonstrated capability in budget management and ROI tracking
- Ability to multitask effectively prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Creative problemsolving skills and attention to detail
$75000 $85000 a year
Salary Range: $75000 to $85000 plus bonus and equity
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
