The Fire Service Supervisor is responsible for the effective coordination and followup of service jobs. You will supervise and schedule the daily activities of technicians in collaboration with the Scheduler. This role involves managing service operations and implementing programs designed to meet branch objectives in revenue sales and margin as well as training and mentoring technicians.

Required
Understanding and knowledge of various waterbased fire protection systems
Demonstrated supervisory and leadership abilities including training team building presentation negotiation skills and effective customer interaction.
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
Availability for local/regional travel including nights and weekends as needed.
Preferred
NICET Level II
