As part of our commitment to AI growth we are bringing in a dedicated AI Sales Director to spearhead our gotomarket efforts build and grow a strong pipeline and drive business development across the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute AI sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Europe.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and engagement to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline ensuring continuous growth in AI opportunities.
- Cultivate strong longterm client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for AI solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends industry challenges and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical specialists and marketing to tailor AI solutions to customer requirements.
- Stay ahead of AI industry advancements and ensure DXC remains at the forefront of AIdriven business solutions.
- Represent DXC at key industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience in sales and business development with at least 3 years focused on AI solutions sales.
- Proven track record in developing negotiating and closing complex sales deals.
- Strong understanding of AI data analytics and cloudbased solutions with the ability to articulate value to enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence Clevel stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI machine learning or digital transformation solutions sales.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Sales certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) are an advantage.
