Position Summary
We have an exciting new opportunity in our Scottsdale Arizona location! This position on our PBM Regulatory Reporting team will be responsible for driving data accuracy and process improvements to ensure timely delivery of regulatory and customer reports supporting current and future government reporting deliverables.
This position provides technical support for Center for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) Plan Finder program. In this position you will be responsible for supporting quality control of price files create monitoring tool required by new CMS requirements and create data visualizations to support management of regulatory reporting programs. You will be working with technical business partners to understand the price file creation process and inner workings of data tables to support the annual implementation process for the Medicare Plan Finder tool. This position will also investigate quality issues and recommend process improvements to ensure all government reports are running as efficiently and accurately as possible.
You will use your understanding of regulatory requirements data architecture and SQL/Python code to create new reports support technical needs of regulatory reporting team identify trends and data anomalies within government reports etc. This position will interface directly internal business and technical stakeholders and data owners.

Able to identify root causes of problems and develop and implement solutions incorporating business needs and consulting management as needed. Includes business considerations in analysis and offers direction to keep projects aligned
Able to interpret instructions ask analytical questions validate report/query information and detect flaws in requests or suggested methodologies
Experience with Smartsheets or other project management tools
Selfstarter with ability to work with team members or independently on multiple projects with little supervision
Proven ability to complete projects independently and on time.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work within a climate of ambiguity
Education
Bachelors degree in business technical or related field OR equivalent experience 4 years experience and High School Diploma/GED) required

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46988.00 $102000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
