We are looking to hire a candidate for the position of Fellowunder ConveGenius Bharat Edtech Initiative PAL Gujarat would need to fulfil the following requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Comfort and experience with daily travel and field visits to schools and communities.
- Candidates with 12 years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders in the government education system and related communities.
- Solutionoriented with the ability to use data to guide decisionmaking.
- Highly proficient in written and spoken Gujarati communication. Functional proficiency in written and spoken Hindi.
- Basic proficiency in the usage of G suite (Google Calendar Google forms Google Drive Google Meet Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office with a particular focus on Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Candidates with regular access to a PC or Laptop are preferred.
- Candidates who own a means of transport are preferred.
Key activities:
- Ensuring fulfilment of targetbased student engagement and learning with the ConveGenius learning platform.
- Problemsolve with stakeholders to ensure that the program runs smoothly every day.
- Active management of relationships with key stakeholders (BRCsCRCs Principals teachers students parents community leaders and members)
- Liasoning with officials to ensure awareness and support for the program.
- Effectively planning days and weeks to ensure that targets are achieved.
- Timely and accurate reporting as per program requirements.
- Language Gujarati is mandatory
