Job Opportunity:Our team is seeking a talented Capture Strategist. This is a remote position with preference to for candidates to be in the DC Metro area

Are you the type who reads between the lines of a forecast builds out the entire deal ecosystem and knows that winning beginswellbefore the RFP drops If you live for competitive analysis customer intel and crafting themes that resonateyou might be our next big win.

You:

U.S. Citizen (required to support federal capture efforts)
8 years of experience in strategic capture for the federal government (yes strategicwe mean it)
Master at building out the full capture lifecycle:
Opportunity research and shaping
Customer intel and relationship mapping
Competitive analysis and pricetowin development
Win themes strengths and discriminators
Skilled at leading strategic collaboration sessionsboth with internal teams and government stakeholders
Understand the nuance of positioning OneGlobe as thesmartchoice not just the compliant one
Not a hunter or account ownerthis is about strategy not sales
Able to bring order to ambiguity and get people aligned across functions (even when theyre busy... especially then)

Bonus Skills(Nice to Have):
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and how theyre shaping federal missions
Proficient with collaboration tools like Mural Miro Confluence or similarbecause sticky notes arent always enough
