About the role
The TAFE Commission Board (the Board) is a key advisory board established under the Technical and Further Education TAFE Act 1990 (the TAFE Act) to make recommendations to the Minister for Skills TAFE and Tertiary Education (the Minister). The Board typically meets 6 times a year.
Members of the TAFE Commission Board must have qualifications and experience in the areas of management industry commerce industrial relations higher education vocational education and training or community service.
To strengthen the skills knowledge and diversity of the Board the NSW Minister for Skills TAFE and Tertiary Education is inviting Expressions of Interest to fill a current vacancy on the Board as well as future vacancies from applicants who:

Members of the Board are remunerated $30591 per annum plus superannuation.
