Amazon QCST Customer Success Team (CST) members leverage their deep knowledge of AWS data services and data analytics in collaboration with our sales and partner teams to propose architect and implement transformational solutions for customers. We make customer success a reality using AWS Gen AI services as an enabler.

QCST Builders are responsible for architecting and developing endtoend solutions that leverage Generative AI technologies like Amazon Q and Bedrock. This role involves designing and implementing robust solution blueprints that seamlessly integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems or applications. Builders collaborate closely with Strategists and customer stakeholders to understand their requirements translates them into technical specifications and develops scalable and secure Generative AI solutions. Additionally they provide guidance on data preparation model training and deployment strategies to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Generative AI solutions within the organization.

Key job responsibilities
Design and implement enterprisescale Generative AI solutions using Amazon Q and AWS AI/ML services
Create strategies for optimizing AI application performance scalability and costeffectiveness
Foster knowledge sharing and develop reusable frameworks for AI application deployment
Guide crossfunctional teams in integrating AI solutions while considering user experience and accessibility
Ensure security compliance and best practices in AI implementation

A day in the life
Youll start your day connecting with team members across different time zones reviewing AI application architectures and providing guidance on implementation approaches. You might participate in technical design sessions collaborate with UX designers on AI interface improvements or mentor colleagues on AI best practices. Your afternoon could involve working with customers to understand their needs and presenting AI solution proposals.

3 years of architecture/design and implementation of cloudbased solutions
3 years of consulting or professional services experience
3 years of database (eg. SQL NoSQL Hadoop Spark Kafka Kinesis) experience
3 years of software development with object oriented language experience
Bachelors degree or 5 years of professional or military experience

Experience leading the architecture and implementation of AI/ML workloads
Proven track record of delivering robust scalable solutions in complex technical environments as well as delivering successful enterprisescale Gen AI implementations
International consulting or professional services sales and delivery experience
Strong track record of CI/CD implementation in enterprise environments
Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g. HIPAA GDPR)
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Experience with selling consulting/professional services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
