Job Description

Job Title:Sales Lead FWA

Location:French Speaking West Africa

Job Type:Fulltime

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to provide endtoend leadership to our Pharmacy sales and merchandising team as well as our mass market team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable profitable growth through the of sales strategies and excellence in trade initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  • Provide comprehensive leadership to the Pharmacy sales and merchandising team and the mass market team.
  • Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the teams.

Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Provide regular sales reports forecasts and insights to management on market conditions customer needs and sales performance by distributor and by country.
  • Utilize data to inform strategic decisions and improve sales outcomes.

Distributor Management:

  • Manage distributors in various markets to deliver consumptiondriven sales in accordance with the business plan.
  • Develop and implement effective routetomarket plans.

Sales Strategy :

  • Drive sustainable profitable growth through the of sales strategies.
  • Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and market opportunities.

Budget Management:

  • Support sales delivery for all channels with adequate discount budget management.
  • Pay special attention to the effectiveness and control over budgets.

Trade Initiatives :

  • Ensure excellence in the of trade initiatives.
  • Deliver main KPIs with the ultimate success measure being the growth of recommendation and market share of key brands and achieving overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and budget management.
