We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to own designing products and efficiencies that improve customer experience. Working to solve complex problems in one of the fastest growing segments of the Retail business Fashion (Clothing Shoes Jewelry Watches and Accessories). You will be our customers best advocate driving ideation and articulating/quantifying the value for our customers. You will balance long term thinkbig vision with highvelocity shortterm .
You will work on highly ambiguous problems with stakeholders across Amazon and will be the one driving alignment and buyin for your vision and roadmap. You will make hard product prioritization and tradeoff decisions always with our customers best interest in mind and using data to inform and communicate your decisions. You will also use your technical depth and curiosity to be a significant contributor to the design of our products.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business judgement bias for action and the desire to continuously invent and simplify. This person has end to end research and roadmap management experience to drive longterm objectives for the business. The position requires an individual who can work autonomously and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. They will have a high level of ownership and responsibility for identifying product improvements on behalf of customers.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with a deep empathy for the customers experience and the ability to translate it into new features products and businesses. 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience Bachelors degree or equivalent Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products
