In this role youll own endtoend development and of integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth across the US and Canada. Youll collaborate with AWS Sales teams and APN Partners to create compelling programs that educate and engage both technical and business decisionmakers in their cloud journey.
Key job responsibilities
Drive endtoend marketing campaigns that directly impact business outcomes and team goals
Create and execute multichannel marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives
Develop frugal scalable marketing plans across sales territories
Measure and optimize campaign performance through datadriven insights
Own target audience strategy and segmentation for paid media event and email campaigns
Define and maintain target account lists specific to segments
Analyze audience data to inform campaign optimization
Lead promotional content development and curation
Create compelling copy and curate visuals for paid media campaigns
Develop email content for events and nurture programs
Identify and select appropriate assets for campaign promotion
Ensure brand consistency and message clarity across channels
Partner with Event Managers to drive registration and attendance goals
Create and execute lead followup and nurture programs
Provide sales enablement materials for event followup
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing leaders
Drive regular program reviews and status updates
Manage crossfunctional dependencies and alignment
Establish and maintain program documentation in Workfront
Track and analyze key performance metrics
Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders

A day in the life
Your day typically starts with analyzing campaign performance metrics and attending a sales pipeline review. Throughout the day youll collaborate with multiple teams from crafting email campaigns with the Events team to aligning on comarketing initiatives with APN Partners. Youll lead stakeholder meetings to present campaign results optimize paid media performance and develop sales enablement materials. The role requires balancing strategic planning with handson whether youre reviewing analytics adjusting targeting strategies or creating compelling content. Each day brings diverse challenges and opportunities to drive measurable business impact.

4 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience using customer research hard data and metrics to back up assumptions generate forecasts and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email web analytics and CRM (Marketo Tableau Salesforce etc. for targeting segmentation reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
