We are looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Stores Canada team. The Sr. HRBP is both a strategic and handson role providing strategic Human Resources support to Senior leaders based in the US and Canada. This role will be a part of a fun passionate and dynamic HR and business team and requires strong team collaboration across multiple locations HR centres of excellence and Seattle HR teams. This role is critical in executing Canada people initiatives by providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence. This role will also have an opportunity to lead or contribute to Canadawide initiatives focused on site health and employee experience working with the country leader.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent relevant work experience.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in progressive HR leadership roles with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.
Masters Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
Able to travel as needed.
Experience working with a global team.
Experience assessing leadership talent.
Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory including employee relations
34 years HR experience in a high tech environment preferred.
Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation

The base salary for this position ranges from $81900/year up to $136800/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
