Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Technical Product Management to lead our RX Modernization Program. This role is critical in transforming pharmacy management systems by delivering scalable customercentric and innovative solutions using cloudnative architecture microservices and AIdriven technologies.
As a leader in this program you will focus on building and empowering highperforming teams to deliver modernization goals in a fastpaced agile environment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity makes quick decisions and fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and Lead HighPerforming Teams:
Recruit mentor and inspire crossfunctional product management teams fostering a collaborative culture aligned with the RX Modernization vision.
Agile Product Leadership:
Guide teams to thrive in a fastpaced agile environment ensuring quick and informed decisionmaking to drive rapid iterations and product improvements.
Strategic Vision:
Define and execute the product roadmap for the RX Modernization Program aligning with business objectives to deliver cuttingedge pharmacy management solutions.
CustomerCentric Design:
Translate customer and colleague needs into actionable technical requirements ensuring exceptional user experiences and improved Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Technology Enablement:
Leverage modern technologies like cloud computing AI and microservices to build scalable reliable and innovative products that meet future pharmacy needs.
Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of feedback learning and iteration leveraging datadriven insights to improve products and operational processes.
Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with pharmacy operations and analytics teams to design intelligent workflows optimize efficiencies and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with senior executives engineering and business teams to communicate the product vision progress and outcomes effectively.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$144200.00 $288400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
