AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) executive office is looking for an exceptionally driven fastmoving resourceful and proactive Executive Assistant to help support this growing global organization.
The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership bias for action and be able to work accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities including management of a fastchanging and complex executive calendar tracking key deliverables and leading the coordination of frequent global travel. Other activities may include managing largescale events including global keynote summits. You will part of a very fastpaced team entrusted to a wide range of unsupervised decisions affecting the prioritization importance and speed of our business.
Youll also have access to extremely confidential information and will be trusted with information regarding data privacy. You need to be someone who wants to build a deep and trusting longterm partnership with the leaders of AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS). A successful candidate will also possess the ability to partner with teams across the company operate independently and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and were looking for talented people who want to help.
Youll join a diverse team of software hardware and network engineers supply chain specialists security experts operations managers and other vital roles. Key job responsibilities
* Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events activities and calendars
* Management of complex calendars scheduling requirements and prioritization of executives tasks and appointments according to their importance urgency and relevance.
* Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders
* International and domestic travel coordination
* Participate in planning of events and drive key team activities (staff meetings allhands meetings supply ordering)
* Work alongside other executive assistants within the org and throughout AWS to drive best practices and cross collaboration of efficiencies
* Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables across programmatic mechanisms

3 years of senior level leadership support or 1 years of Amazon experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
