Job Description
As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) youll lead complex crossorganizational initiatives that revolutionize ecommerce through innovative global logistics solutions. Youll drive programs that help break down barriers for selling partners enabling them to reach hundreds of millions of customers worldwide through our highlyavailable scalable distributed systems.
Key job responsibilities
Lead and manage complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders
Design and implement sustainable processes for crossfunctional program management
Drive development of software solutions that optimize global fulfillment and crossborder selling
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
Manage program scope schedule budget quality risk and critical path elements
Coordinate release schedules and ensure successful delivery of technical solutions
Partner with engineering teams to build scalable distributed systems
Present progress and metrics to senior leadership
A day in the life
Your day might start with a strategic planning session with engineering teams followed by coordination meetings with crossfunctional stakeholders. Youll spend time analyzing program metrics identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Youll collaborate with global teams to remove friction points in our fulfillment processes and work on innovative solutions to enhance the selling partner experience. Your role will involve both tactical and strategic planning to drive AGLs mission forward.

Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
