Location: Hybrid Work remotely from your home office with a focus on accounts in your region. Ideal locations includeNY Philly DC Charlotte Atlanta or Chicago. This role involves travel for inperson client meetings as needed to build relationships and drive business growth.

About the Role: As a Senior Account Executive at RDA youll drive business development in your region selling strategic consulting and digital services. This role requires deep experience in the digital consulting ecosystemsomeone who understands CMS DXP Ecommerce DAM and enterprise digital solutions from both a sales and strategic perspective.


If youve successfully sold professional services and technology solutions in partnership with Sitecore Optimizely Storyblok Contentful BigCommerce Commerce Cloud or other enterprise platforms we want to talk to you.
What Youll Do:

  • Leverage Your Industry Experience: Apply your knowledge of digital transformation platform implementation and solution consulting to drive new business.
  • Lead with Strategy: Help clients define objectives and success factors.
  • Drive Growth: Expand servicebased solutions like consulting platform implementation and app development.
  • Tailor Solutions: Work with executives to craft custom strategies.
  • Collaborate: Partner with internal teams to deliver highimpact projects.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage deals from lead to closing.
  • Leverage Partnerships: Align with partners to drive revenue.
  • Plan Strategically: Use tools like ZoomInfo LinkedIn Navigator and HubSpot to accelerate growth.

What You Bring:
  • Digital Consulting Sales Expertise: 10 years in servicebased sales within a digital agency consultancy or professional services firm.
  • IndustrySpecific Knowledge: Experience with CMS DXP Ecommerce Search DAM PIM Intranet or Customer Portals.
  • Partner Collaboration: Success in leveraging channel partnerships to drive revenue.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to convey complex solutions to senior executives.
  • Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel for key client interactions.


Compensation: Generous 6digit base salary commission on sales month after booking. Package is complete with accelerators and a variety of bonuses for new accounts quota achievement and more.
