*** This position will be located in Bellevue WA or Overland Park KS. This is not a remote role we are a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.***

The Commercial Marketing Manager for Intake is responsible for executing communication plans to drive both customer outcomes and business outcomes within the financial envelope for TMobile US. This role is critical to the efficient management of our Customer Communications workflow. Requires competency across marketing strategy consumer and competitive insights business management financial acumen change & innovation relationship building & influencing gotomarket planning and crossfunctional .

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute weekly quarterly and annual customer communications planning partnering with business owners across the business and in concert with marketing operations messaging product management analytics consumer insights pricing and more. The role requires strong cross functional partnership across the enterprise to ensure flawless of customer communications in market and performance management.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of weekly monthly and quarterly communications plans for the Postpaid portfolio. Requires extensive planning management including analysis of customer communications strategy.

  • Responsible for finding opportunities to adjust plans based business performance and customer experience / pain points. Provides strategic recommendation on communications plans offers and programs existing customers.

  • Assists with the management of quarterly business performance including results preparing contingencies and development iterations of the plan in a competitive environment.

  • Develop marketing communication materials for senior leadership sharing a customercentric story.

  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (Required)

  • Masters/Advanced Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience:

  • 47 years Marketing experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware web telecommunications consumer electronics or consumer packaged goods. (Required)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Presentations Strong communications skills by presentation written and verbal methods (Required)

  • Gotomarket Strategy Experience in defining and driving gotomarket strategies.

Base Pay Range: $84200 $151900

Corporate Bonus Target: 15

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
