Job Summary
The HR Change Manager is responsible for ensuring that the people side of change is addressed in a methodical and organized fashion to drive HR related initiatives and to enable smooth adoption. This includes partnering with key stakeholders and formulating change management strategies and plans including roadmaps and delivery plan(s) as well as the of those plans. Activities performed may be related to systems changes acquisitions and other M&A activity organizational restructuring as well as other events that may alter the nature of employees work. The incumbent must be perceived as a relationship builder and will work across the HR function as well as with other key stakeholders in the organization.
Essential Responsibilities
- Own and execute the change management process from beginning to end.
- Partner with Project Leads and Subject Matter Experts to enable early planning and embedment of change management activities into the overall workplan and project timeline.
- Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Develop change management strategies and plans including stakeholder assessment communication and enduser training.
- Heavy focus on of the strategy and change management plans with the help of the Subject Matter Experts Communications Marketing and other stakeholders.
- Identify the most expected potential and actual points of resistance to change. Manage the resistance by identifying and implementing strategies for corrective actions.
- Establish parameters to measure the adoption of the change. For any gaps determine the most suitable corrective action given the project context.
- Work closely with key stakeholders in the Communications and Marketing team to ensure proper alignment on plans messaging delivery method and to coordinate on content creation.
- Serve as the change management subject expert within the HR function foster awareness of change strategies and build internal capabilities.

Key Qualifications
- 5 7 years of experience managing and implementing change strategies
- Proven experience of managing larger and more complex change management projects including organizationalwide initiatives
- Knowledge of the HR and Payroll function preferred
- Experience and working knowledge of the Prosci ADKAR model a plus
- Experience with training and communication development and delivery
- Bachelors Degree in Business Human Resources Organizational Development or related field preferred
- PROSCI or other Change Management certification preferred
Work Conditions
- Work is primarily sedentary (desk work at a computer)
- The role is based in an open office environment but can be performed on a mostly remote basis
- Travel only as required by business or project need
- This job is based in Houston TX or Princeton NJ or could be fully remote
