DESCRIPTION Laure Ridge Community College is accepting applications for Adjunct Faculty of Economics (day evening and weekend) positions. Adjunct Faculty positions are appointed on a coursebycourse semester basis as needed. Responsibilities include teaching college level courses which may include distance learning on and off campus courses during the day evening and weekends. Currently there is a need for adjuncts for classes during weekdays. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until needed positions are filled. Compensation and Benefits: Adjunct/Continuing Education Faculty: The rate per credit hour will commensurate with education and relevant or teaching experience. The position is part time and as such is not eligible for health or leave benefits. However the position may offer educational benefits through our professional development and educational assistance policies.
