Job Description

Job Description Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated production associate to join our lamination team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling probes for our ultrasound business. They will join a dynamic team that is instrumental in producing our ultrasound probes at our Phoenix site that benefit patients globally.

Responsibilities may include manufacturing and assembly of products.

As a Production Support Specialist your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures bills of materials work instructions and process aid sheets.

  • Maintains daily production output.

  • Performs basic manufacturing/assembly/refurbishment operations.

  • Complete basic troubleshooting

  • Ensure manufacturing documentation is correct/current.

  • Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.

  • Participates in quality control inspections when required.

  • Works with team leaders engineers supervisors and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

  • Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in quality activities training sessions and employee activity teams.

  • Work with team to improve quality and reduce cycle time.

  • Participate in 55S activities led by team lead/management.

  • May assist with training peers when required.

Required Skills/Abilities/Work Scope

  • Ability to communicate receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed.

  • Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details and qualityminded work habits.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with coworkers and leadership.

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and stressful environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work at assigned workstation.

  • Maintain daily production output.

  • Perform Job with guidance.

  • Receive verbal instructions on duties.

  • Read/follow procedures/schematics for standard operations.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent 0 to 6 months of related manufacturing experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods standing and walking.

  • Able to bend stretch push pull and move as needed to reach clean and service machinery.

  • Must be able to visually inspect machines.

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Additional Information
