The System Integration Test Equipment team is looking for a Principal Project Engineer to develop project plans and budgets pursue costsaving opportunities to maximize project profitability and monitor project performance.
What You Will Do
- Manage complex projects working with a crossfunctional team of Mechanical Electrical and Software engineers
- Create and maintain project schedules and budget forecast for new system development programs as well as capital projects
- Identify and reacts to project issues and recommends solutions
- Manage work packages and schedule with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Provide metrics and associated analysis to the program office for periodic Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting
- Work closely with the Section Manager to assign project priorities assign engineering resources to projects and assess risks.
- Lead weekly Project status reviews with team
- Provide project status reports to Senior Management Program Management and Finance
- Primary focal point between Engineering Test Equipment and internal and external customers
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree 12 years of relevant experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen permanent resident orgranted refugee or asylee status) as definedhere: We Prefer
- MS Project experience
- EVMS experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Products

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
