Job Description
Were looking for a hands-on QA leader to continuously raise the bar for our quality and release processes build and mentor a high-performing team and shape our quality strategy across the company. As a key partner to engineering and product youll own critical QA metrics and drive a strong culture of testing and improvement throughout the organization.
Tasks
- Permanently improving QA and Release Process
- Lead and grow a QA team coach and mentor others.
- Set and evolve the quality strategy and tooling across the organization and across teams.
- Own QA KPIs like defect rates test coverage release confidence and regression frequency.
- Drive continuous improvement of test infrastructure and QA culture within the whole organisation
- Act as a key partner to engineering leadership and product in strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Several years of experience with testing frameworks (Playwright Cucumber TypeScript preferred)
- Several years of experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as JenkinsCircleCIGithub Actions
- Automation experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber
- Experience in setting up load testing and benchmarking
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests
- Strategic thinking with a focus on maintainability and cross-team collaboration
- Experience with shell scripting cloud-native development including containerization (Docker Kubernetes) cloud platforms (GCP AWS or similar) and scalable distributed systems
