Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced professional Senior Director Enterprise Platforms to join OneRails Product organization.
The Senior Director Enterprise Platforms role entails lead responsibility for aligning strategic product development with customer needs and ensuring collaboration between product client implementation sales and customer success teams.
Location: Hybrid
Reports To: Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the definition and delivery of new OneRail Platform features
- Rationalize and integrate new technology assets and personnel from M&A transactions
- Represent the OneRail Product Organization in client and prospect meetings ensuring reasonable timelines and achievable functional goals are established
- Be the lead Product liaison to Engineering team to obtain mutual understanding and organizational buyin to deliver specific functionality
- Negotiate committed timelines for delivery of functionality on target timeline
- Ensure quality deliverables by mandating test case design and compliance
Product Development Impact:
- Measurable increase in functional story point delivery
- Measurable reduction in rework and rollbacks
- Creating updating and communicating of product roadmap
Client Expectations Impact:
- Increase in timely deliveries to clients which meet or exceed expectations
- Improved planning and communication of product integrations implementations and releases
- Thoughtful diplomatic negotiation with clients related to OneRail product delivery
Leadership and Team Development:
- Perform key role of internal prioritization decisioning
- Documentation maintenance and socialization of strategic roadmap
- Mentoring and consultation of cross functional team members on OneRail platform capabilities; i.e. Sales Client Service teams
- Drive Engineering Team to deliver on both longterm Strategic platform product while balancing with demands on nearterm clientspecific functionality and integrations
Key Qualifications:
- 10 years of product management experience including leadership roles in technology or SaaS companies
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and enterprise clients
- Proven track record of implementing enterprisescale SaaS mobile transaction and reporting systems
- Relentless attention to detail client and peer communication
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics or lastmile delivery solutions preferred
- Background in Enterprise B2B product customer success and/or implementation leadership is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a customercentric mindset

OneRails Travel Policy for Remote Team Members
While OneRail allows remote work for certain posted roles noted as Remote Work Available on the Companys website a core requisite for all roles is that team members be willing and able to occasionally travel to OneRails Orlando Florida headquarters. All team members are required to participate in onsite onboarding at the onset of employment and then on an asneeded basis thereafter as a condition of their employment.
