As the Sr. Operations Specialist within the Owned Brand Strategy & Operations organization your role is to:
- Manage Owned Brands Business Operations Smartsheet Ecosystem
- Design build and maintain a Smartsheet based portfolio management ecosystem that integrates work within Owned Brand Strategy & Operations 37 project teams) and across enterprise portfolios (examples: Commercial Process & Operations Global Supply Chain & Logistics Operations)
- Identify dependencies and optimize sequencing of change across strategies projects and pyramid priorities by coordinating monitoring and recapping key moments governance and metrics
- Drive connectivity across the team of Global Operations Managers to ensure quality inputs and support leadership team
- Influence beyond defined scope and provide Smartsheet support to many teams Communications/Change Management/Education Technology & Analytics Responsible Sourcing & Sustainable Capabilities and Commercial Process & Operations teams
- Engagement
- Enable OB Strategy & Operations Portfolio Management and Prioritization by organizing and coordinating key meetings and routines optimizing governance
- Schedule meetings identify conflicts manage attendees build agendas support content build recaps and next steps
- Additional projects
- Take on special projects and advanced responsibilities as required
- Assist in designing and building SharePoint knowledge management documents and resources (e.g. Playbooks) reaching an audience of 1000 TMs
- Planning and support and thought leadership for challenges that arise support the team with creative solutions build connectivity across internal and external teams

About You
- 3 years of relevant experience (i.e. Project Management Change Management Strategy Operations Communications)
- Strong Technology & systems aptitude and interest. Experienced and adept at using SmartSheet SharePoint PowerPoint Excel Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities working both independently and across teams
- Demonstrates problem solving skills and clearly communicate findings to focus on issues actions and continuous improvement
- Strong organization skills ability to prioritize complex work and track results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including storytelling succinct presentation and thoughtful questioning
- Outstanding interpersonal skills characterized by effective interactions with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and audiences

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
