Recruitment Coordinator
Department: Talent Acquisition
Fulltime OnSite
Pay Range: $22$24/hr


Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Recruitment Coordinator to support ServiceNets strategic hiring initiatives. In this role youll play a key part in driving administrative excellence supporting our Talent Acquisition team and elevating the overall new hire experience. Key Responsibilities:
Job Postings & Description Maintenance
  • Ensure job postings and descriptions are accurate consistent and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Partner with hiring teams to update and maintain current role descriptions in coordination with evolving department goals.
Team Support & Oversight
  • Provide support and guidance to Onboarding Generalists and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Serve as a liaison between Talent Acquisition and management to ensure streamlined recruitment operations.
Critical Role Recruitment
  • Screen and interview candidates for highpriority and hardtofill roles.
  • Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Onboarding & New Hire Experience
  • Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Enhance the new hire journey through timely communication and thoughtful touchpoints.
Community Engagement
  • Lead and execute recruitment initiatives focused on community outreach to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Build partnerships with community organizations schools and workforce development programs to address talent needs.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs networking events and other recruitmentrelated activities.
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate interviews manage candidate communications and track recruitment activities using our ATS.
  • Ensure all candidate interactions are welcoming inclusive and aligned with ServiceNets values.
Flexibility & Collaboration
  • Adapt quickly to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership to align efforts and share insights.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and HR coordination
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Experience in community outreach and career fairs
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment systems
  • Adaptability and problemsolving abilities
