Job Summary:
The digital business analyst is responsible for capturing measuring and informing various digital product initiatives and outputs for the Home Protection division which includes Direct Energy Protection Plans and AWHR. This position is accountable for representing the voice of the business in the delivery of digital enhancements for the division.
They will help in capturing digital user stories outlining assumptions and defining acceptance criteria from various stakeholders. This role will also oversee and participate in user acceptance testing and lead the team in demonstrating new digital functionality and feature sets. This position will be a pivotal participant and contributor to the digital tooling team. The position requires a combination of analytical technical writing creative and presentation skills with an acute acumen to fine details.
