Job Description

This role will be based in Mountain View or San Francisco.

The work location of this role is hybrid meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs of the team.

Our verifications team is focused on helping members connect to real opportunity: real jobs real people and real companies. With the rise of GenAI its going to be harder to trust what you see and who you interact with across the internet. We are building out a platform to enable members to share their profile information (including verifications) with sites in order to help build trust and get access to products or services. We have an aspirational goal of 100 million verified members by 2025. Youll be responsible for strategy roadmap and . This will include finding productmarket fit for how we deliver value from verifications on LinkedIn connecting with our talent knowledge and product and services marketplaces. This role is crucial in building a robust developer ecosystem that leverages LinkedIns unique position to provide secure and trustworthy identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Define and deliver the vision strategy and product roadmap for the growth and value onplatform  in partnership with engineering data science AI design product marketing management (PMM) and operations teams.
  • Product Development: Lead product development from ideation through launch including writing PRDs creating functional specs and setting clear priorities. Focus on building secure scalable and reliable platform features that empower developers and thirdparty platforms to utilize LinkedIn identities.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams including AI engineering data science legal and business development to ensure the platforms capabilities align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Analysis and Innovation: Conduct thorough analyses of market trends member feedback and competitive products to continuously innovate and refine the platform.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of the platform and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in a technologyrelated field or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of experience in product management or a similar role with a focus on developer platforms.
  • Experience with growth through value delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Identity or Trust related spaces.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a passion for driving datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex. technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Proven track record of working with crossfunctional teams to deliver highimpact products through influence and collaboration.

The pay range for this role is 146000 to 238000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
