Job Description
Project is a platform that is being developed to streamline onsite operations in multifamily property management. Designed through extensive user research the product integrates generative AI directly into daily workflowssupporting tasks like communication scheduling and documentationto improve team productivity and elevate service quality.
This role focuses on backend development and infrastructure with a strong emphasis on integrating AI capabilities and building scalable services from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain user interfaces using React and modern frontend libraries.
- Translate wireframes and design specs into functional usercentered interfaces.
- Ensure performance accessibility and responsiveness across devices.
- Work closely with backend engineers and designers to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Implement frontend architecture that supports AIdriven user flows and dynamic content.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.
- Proficient in HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g. Redux TypeScript Material UI).
- Experience developing UI components and managing design systems.
- Familiarity with integrating frontend applications with AI APIs or dynamic datadriven systems is a plus.
- Strong sense of user experience and product quality.
- Ability to work autonomously and iterate quickly in a startup environment.
