Job Description
AIR Communities is hiring a Leasing Consultant for a large Luxury community in Bethesda MD!
Our Leasing Teammates are top sales performers providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through the of AIRs sales process. We offer a competitive base salary competitive commission structure 25 discount to live onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Manage consumer life cycle from acquisition to retention.
- Lease apartments and assist in community marketing.
- Follow sales process for onsite visits including scheduling presenting giving tours and following up.
- Provide leasing support to all communities in AIR portfolio.
- Consistently reach or exceed monthly leasing goals.
Qualifications :
- 1 year sales and customer service experience in a fastpaced environment (e.g. property management hospitality retail or restaurant).
- Familiar with goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
- Exceptional customer service skills to address current/future resident needs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings/weekends.
- Proficient in reading writing and speaking English.

- This position offers base pay plus competitive commissions with a total earning potential of $75000 $110000 a year. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
