You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a midlevel ESM / ITSM Consultant you will be an integral part of our Service Management Delivery team. You will be responsible for translating business requirements to technical specifics and developing software architecture and design based on client or company requirements. You will work with management to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects. The role requires the ability to work independently with little supervision. The goal is to build /configure highquality software solutions using lowcode platforms that are aligned with user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
Leads in configuring maintaining enhancing and supporting commercial software packages.
Leads in customizing and adding new features to commercial software according to enduser requests.
Leads the maintenance of daytoday operations of various applications.
Leads in designing and building new applications based on customers requirements and specifications.
Writes and performs tests for applications fixes problems as they arise and assists with product launches.
Provides technical support and troubleshoots problems related to applications.
Writes technical documentation and uses best development practices regarding version control and testing.
Performs software upgrades and keeps track of software licensing.
Direct involvement with vendors managing relationships including scoping of application services and review of deliverables.
Assists with presales activities and demonstrations.
Qualifications:
3 years of work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.
BSc degree in Computer Science Engineering or relevant field.
Experience with testdriven low code development RDBMS and ITIL v3 / ITIL v4.
Proficiency in software engineering tools.
Ability to document requirements and specifications.
Experience in reporting tools like Grafana will be appreciated.
Experience in system administration is a plus.
Experience working with Operations Management tools and Service Management tools will be appreciated.
Enthusiastic to take new initiatives.
Ability to guide lowerlevel engineers.
Proficient in English.
