Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Clinical Operations Supervisor to oversee our clinical department. This role involves managing a team of 45 professionals to ensure smooth and timely submission of insurance documentation facilitating communication and implementing efficient processes. The ideal candidate will bring leadership strong organizational skills and the ability to foster collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a clinical team responsible for submitting insurance documents reviewed by licensed professionals.
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and maintain consistent followthrough.
- Develop review and implement improved processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate clear communication between the clinical director BCBA and paraprofessionals to ensure team alignment.
- Provide oversight and support to clinicians in the field and manage submissions to insurance.
- Work closely with the clinical director to support and guide BCBA professionals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any teamrelated issues providing guidance and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing a team in a clinical or professional setting.
- Familiarity with ABA practices and insurance processes preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities ensuring accountability across the team.
- Positive attitude and teambuilding mindset to create a highfunctioning errorfree team.
