Aubree Chocolaterie is looking for a dedicated and passionate Demi Chef De Partie to join our expanding team in Bengaluru. This fulltime juniorlevel position requires a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role. As a Demi Chef De Partie you will be an essential part of our culinary team contributing to the preparation and presentation of highquality dishes that align with our patisserieinspired westernstyled culinary creations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Health & Safety Standards (Mandatory skill) Ensure all health and safety standards are met to provide a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Quality Control (Mandatory skill) Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation to meet customer satisfaction.
- Menu Development (Mandatory skill) Assist in the development of new menu items that reflect our innovative and creative approach to food.
- Food Preparation Proficiency in preparing a variety of dishes with an emphasis on quality ingredients and precise .
- Team Collaboration Strong ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.
- Section Management Manage your designated section efficiently ensuring readiness for service and consistent product quality. Oversee a specific section of the kitchen in the absence of the Chef de Partie.
- Stock & Inventory Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure the availability of ingredients and minimal wastage.
- Supervisory Skills Oversee junior staff and provide guidance and training to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing highquality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared hygienically and safely following health and safety guidelines.
- Monitor consistency taste and presentation of dishes to maintain our brands standards.
- Support the Senior Chef De Partie in daily kitchen operations ensuring efficient workflow and minimal delays.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and introduce new menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas.
- Contribute to stock control by keeping track of inventory levels and placing orders as necessary.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to help them develop their skills and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
