Due to rapid business growth we are currently seeking a Learning and Development Business Partner to create training content and a learning framework that can deliver on organizational objectives. About the Role:

  • Craft engaging and interactive training content in alignment with strategic needs.
  • Conduct or facilitate training as required.
  • Conduct skills gap analysis to identify gaps.
  • Create training plans outlining when and how programs will be delivered.
  • Create leadership fundamentals training framework for the CARe organisation.
  • Engage with partners/providers to develop best in class training programs.
  • Drive the creation and implementation of training programs for trainees.
  • Maintain content in the LMS and leverage system capability.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/HR or a related field
  • Previous admin and/or HR administration experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of contractual terms obligations and best practice workplace safety procedures
  • Experience with LMS elearning tools and digital training platforms
  • Ability to use time efficiently and prioritise effectively
  • Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights
