Job Summary:

The Department of Radiology at University of Colorado Denver is seeking applicants for a fulltime Nuclear Medicine faculty physician or Nuclear Radiologist in the Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Section. We are interested in candidates at any stage of their career from the Sr. Instructor Assistant Associate or Full Professor levels.

The Department of Radiology offers two career pathways.

Our division has received the highestlevel designation by the Society of Nuclear Medicine as a Comprehensive Radiotherapy Center of Excellence. We have a growing theragnostic service opportunities to grow in clinical trials artificial intelligence and wide scope of projects. A new stateoftheart University of Colorado Research Imaging Center (CURIC) is directly adjoining to the GMP PET radiopharmacy. The latter onsite radiopharmaceutical production includes a new cyclotron facility new PET/MRI and exceptional molecular imaging research opportunities.

Onsite this role is expected to work onsite andis located inAurora CO

Hybrid this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule with the ability to read from home and from the hospital as the section clinical schedule allows.

Remote this role is eligible to work remotely but the employee must be in the United States.

MD/DO or equivalent Colorado medical license by time of hire ABNM or ABR with fellowship training in Nuclear Medicine or eligible.

Preferred Qualifications:

The rank is dependent on a combination of academic accomplishments career pathway as well as input from the departments Promotion and Tenure committee.

Assistant Professor

Minimum Qualifications

MD/DO or equivalent Colorado medical license by time of hire ABNM or ABR certified or eligible.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

The rank is dependent on a combination of academic accomplishments career pathway as well as input from the departments Promotion and Tenure committee.

Associate Professor

Minimum Qualifications

MD/DO or equivalent Colorado medical license by time of hire ABNM or ABR certified or eligible.

Professor

Minimum Qualifications

Anticipated Pay Range:

The starting salary range or hiring range for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:

Community Pathway Salary Range

Sr. Instructor: $420000 $550000

Compensation is based on a productivity model that could exceed the range above.

Academic Pathway Salary Range

Sr. Instructor: $420000 $470000

Assistant Professor: $420000 $470000

Associate Professor: $420000 $470000

Professor: $420000 $470000

Faculty are eligible for incentives.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training.

The above salary range or hiring range represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is nonexempt.
