Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Inside Sales. As a Team Lead Inside Sales you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of inside sales representatives driving sales initiatives and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership abilities excellent sales acumen and a deep understanding of the IT industry and its products and services.


Key Responsibilities:




Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience in leading Inside sales team 23 Years)
  • Proven experience in inside sales preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes techniques and funnel management(CRM).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members clients and stakeholders
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and articulate complex SaaS solutions.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
