Job Description
Who We Are:
Ajmera Infotech Inc. founded by exMicrosoft Motorola and Intel engineers is a team of software R&D engineers specialized in building largescale missioncritical cloudnative systems and solutions.
We have two primary businessesTechnology Consulting and SaaS products. Our portfolio of customers includes upcoming startups to multibillion dollar enterprises.
Ajmera Infotech group of companies has operations in California USA and India.
We are currently building a topnotch tech team in the US for our rapidly growing consulting and SaaS business.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience working directly within engineering teams
- Experience partnering with product OR program management teams
- 3 years of people management experience managing engineers
- 3 years of experience architecture and designing (architecture design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or related discipline) and/or equivalent professional training & work experience
- A deep understanding in designing developing and operating software at scale (object oriented design and service oriented architecture (SOA)
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux and programming language like C Java JavaScript AWS Cloud Azure etc.
- Experience in program development and steering cloud migration programs such as Amazon Web Services Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Extensive experience and proficient understanding of enterpriselevel Agile Software Development Lifecycle and program management tools including Confluence Jira and Smartsheet.
- A proven trackrecord in meeting deadlines prioritizing work maintaining attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys presenting complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
- Has fun looking after multiple priorities in an everchanging environment
- Uncommon customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests recommend alternative technical and business approaches and lead engineering efforts to meet daring time lines with optimal solutions
- Able to meet customer expectations by meeting deadlines prioritize engineering decisions focus on details and enjoy autonomy in an always changing and evolving environment
