What will your job entail

Responsibilities:

Solution Design:

• Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing systems.

Platform Configuration:

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to optimize functionality and meet organizational needs.
• Implement best practices for system upgrades enhancements and modifications.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to ServiceNow development and administration teams.
• Stay abreast of emerging ServiceNow trends features and functionalities.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Governance and Best Practices:

• Establish and enforce governance and best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
• ServiceNow certification (e.g. Certified Implementation Specialist Certified Application Developer) is highly desirable.
• Modules: ITSM (must have) ITOM (must have) ITAM (nice to have) SecOps (nice to have) and HRIS (nice to have)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and other relevant web technologies.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
