Our Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) business is a pivotal part of the Material and Structural Analysis Division (MSD). We craft and produce outstanding tools that enable scientists and engineers to deliver semiconductor innovations globally accepting equivalent experience in addition to an MSD.
Manage the Mechanical Engineering team in Fremont CA specializing in semiconductor solutions.
Guide and support team growth in skills and proficiencies within a collaborative work environment. Manage supplier and partner relationships negotiate contracts and ensure project quality and efficiency. Offer technical mentorship to support design projects and solve engineering challenges effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $129400.00$194050.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
