CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Campaign Performance and Optimization Manager. This role will report to the Senior Manager Campaign Performance and Optimization.

CVS Media Exchange CMX is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers merchants stores GMs brand advertisers and agencies. Our fullfunnel ad solutions leverage CVSs instore and online data extensive reach and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models including selfservice; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness engage with CVS consumers and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.

The Campaign Manager is responsible for performance and optimization of CMX campaigns through onsite programmatic and social channels. This individual will partner closely with sales account management media planning and insights and strategy to ensure campaign KPIs and goals are met. The ideal candidate will be process driven client focused detail oriented and thrive in a startup environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage key CMX campaigns ensuring goals are met by managing campaign pacing performance and margin through continuous optimization.
  • Participate in weekly pod status meetings that include sales account management media planning and analytics.
  • Surface overarching learnings to strengthen/enhance our streaming playbook.
  • Collaborate with client solutions and analytics teams to deliver on key client needs.
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance issues with Google Ad Manager demand side platforms (DSPs) and Social Platforms.
  • Manage issues related to campaign troubleshooting campaign delivery and campaign performance.
  • Participate in testing initiatives for new ad products and feature enhancements

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of ad ops and media experience (with an emphasis on buyside expertise) with a strong track record of successful campaign management;
  • 2 experience buying media in major DSPs and social platforms.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook PowerPoint Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail media experience is a plus
  • Experience with The Trade Desk a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Detail oriented; possessing critical thinking analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective time management skills ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent (HS Diploma 4 years of relevant experience) required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66330.00 $159120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
