DGS Office of Procurement Services (OPS) is looking to hire two 2 Senior Contract Compliance Officers to ensure that the terms and conditions of the Agency Procurement & Surplus Property Manual (APSPM) Construction Professional Services Manual (CPSM) and VITA BuyIT manual are accurately applied in contracts.
OPS supports DGS and other state agencies by providing consistent and accurate guidance pertaining to current procurement laws regulations policies and procedures to maintain contract compliance and ensure that staff can be successful in accomplishing their Agencys strategic plans missions and objectives. OPS also ensures that Executive Order Number 35 (Enhancing Small Business) and all procurement laws are adhered to by implementing and executing good procurement practices within OPS and in the divisions where procurement delegations have been granted and ensures that is implemented throughout the Agency.
