Saint Louis University School of Medicine a Catholic Jesuit Institution dedicated to education research service and healthcare is seeking a board certified Dermatologist for a faculty position in the Department of Dermatology. Rank and tenure will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The position will support a midlevel career or recent graduate and will provide an immediate strong clinical practice with opportunities for both clinical and translational research within the Department and across the School of Medicine. Our General Dermatology program offers the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the education and training of future Dermatologists. Our practice includes two thriving sites with 14 procedure rooms and access to Saint Louis University Hospital. General Dermatology faculty will work closely and be supported by 4 full time dermatopathologists a full time dermatopathology laboratory 2 full time cosmetic dermatologists and several medical dermatologists. We have a young dynamic and growing Department with effective and supportive Faculty mentorship and a strong institutional and community based referral network. Saint Louis is a large metropolitan area with a broad selection of culture arts and education including a symphony opera theatre ballet company art museum and zoo. Home of the 2011 World Series Champions there are many opportunities for the sports enthusiast as well. The region has affordable housing excellent public and private schools and is home to several major universities. Quality of life professionally and personally is rich and most enjoyable.
