This position is nonexempt (eligible for overtime) from the Fair Labor Standards Act.
This position is Unclassified (exempt from the Classified Service).

What Youll Do:

- Support the Office of FinanceClaims department
- Assist with special projects including the policy revision and update project and the SharePoint revisions and updates project
- Provide support for the Super Retailer program
- Assist with claims processing
- Process and organize mail

Sales Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the Office of Sales
- Provide administrative support to various team members in the Office of Sales
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Assist with general daytoday office operations in Sales

General ServicesLicensing & Bonding Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the Office of General ServicesLicensing & Bonding department
- Remove organize and sort folders and files
- Remove staples clips and bindings from folders and files
- Assist with scanning files to create digital versions and assigning descriptive file names for easy identification
- Assist with reviewing scanned files for accuracy and organization
- Follow proper procedures for disposal or retention of paper files
- Perform other duties as requested
- Reports to: Licensing & Bonding Manager
Work Hours: Parttime variable work schedule between the hours of 8:00am5:00pm MondayFriday; may work up to 29 hours per week.
