We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Brand strategist to join our team! This position will be responsible for learning the ins and outs of the Amazon Marketplace shadowing our Project Managers to learn from the best and collaborating across various teams to provide only the best service to our clients. Reporting directly to our Director of Operations you will receive mentorship and training to jumpstart your career.
Job Type: Fulltime with benefits
Work Location: We are 100 remote!
Salary: Commensurate with experience

About the Role:
This position will report to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for managing our Amazon Seller Central listings. Main responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients by responding to client emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Lead client meetings and deliver performance reports
- Provide clients with datadriven proposals and strategic recommendations for their account based on their business goals
- Ensure client success by effectively communicating expectations and providing ongoing campaign optimizations to meet KPIs
- Contribute to clients business growth by identifying new opportunities to expand the clients scope and increase revenue
- Proactively identify project risks and create mitigation strategies
- Manage the account end to end including initial setup daytoday management optimization & reporting with the supporting teams
- Work with the design copywriting advertising and content teams to consistently improve clients account and overall digital marketing strategies for optimal success and to better serve the overall success of the given strategy agreed upon
- Become a thought leader and trusted expert on the Amazon Marketplace
- Other tasks as assigned

Who You Are:
- You have 1 year of experience with account management client service or Amazon Seller Central
- You have 12 years of experience in a client facing role
- You have advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel skills
- Youre a team player with a positive attitude
- Youre comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization
- Youre looking for the next chapter of your career and want to be challenged in a fun and supportive environment
