The Associate Director of US Market Access Insights & Analytics isresponsiblefor delivering accurate and timely market and customer insights performance tracking forecasting and incentive compensation planning to support the US Health Systems team in developing and executing their strategy. Reporting to the Director of US Health Systems Insights this is a critical role that will work closely with the US Health Systems team and broader US Commercial leadership team to enable data driven decisionmaking and operational excellence in support of market expansion. The US Health Systems team at Kite is accountable for leading market access strategy and including pricing contracting reimbursement patient operations and Authorized Treatment Center expansion. The successful candidate will have significant experience in oncology/rare disease market access insights and strategy with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights to shape market access in the US.
Reporting to the Director of US Health Systems Insights this role can be based out of Kites Santa Monica CA Headquarters (Santa Monica CA) or Gileads Headquarters FosterCity CA).
Responsibilitiesof the Associate Director of US Market Access Insights Analytics & Operations include:
InsightsAnalytics & Operations:
Collaboratingwith USHealthSystemsteamto establish an annual insightsanalyticsand field operations plan
Leveraging data andanalyticstodevelopdeep insights into what isfacilitatingthe business to inform market accessstrategy
Developing and executing primary and secondary insights and analytics deliverables
Guidingthe development of insights andanalyticsprojects to inform strategic planning includingcustomerand account segmentationcustomerbuying process and treatment flowanalyticspatientaccessanalytics and account opportunity sizing.
Lead the development and implementation of performance reporting and diagnostics capabilities forHealthSystems including the design and implementation of HQ and fieldfacing dashboards and reports
Evaluating and integrating potential new secondary data sources andanalyticsmethodologies to elevate the impact of businessanalyticscontinually
Overseeing the development andimplementationof field incentive compensation plans and programs for USHealthSystems
Collaboratingwith SalesAnalytics Integrated Product Insights ForecastingCompetitiveIntelligence and AdvancedAnalyticsto ensure singlesource of truth on market andcustomerinsights.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 10yearsof experience
OR
Masters degree with 8 yearsof experience
OR
Doctorate degree with 2yearsof experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in market access field operations and oncology/rare disease
Thoroughevidence of team and projectleadership(interactionwithcrossfunctionalpartners conflict resolution and consensusdriving) andproject management(planning prioritizationgoalssetting meetingdirection and planfollow through)
Prior experience growinga team defining new roles andfacilitatingeffectiveimplementation is highly desired
Excellentcommunication/influencing skills storytellingexecutive presence and the ability toconnectthe dots across business issues
Deepunderstandingof biotech/pharma market trends and best practices to enable forwardlooking plans
Demonstratedhistory of working and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines and changing priorities
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (specifically PowerPoint and Excel) to present quantitative data in graphical form
