Join our team at Blue Skies as a Residential Supervisor and help us support foster youth in a positive therapeutic environment!
A Day in the Life
As a Residential Supervisor youll lead a team of youth care workers and be a mentor and advocate for young people helping them reach their goals and build life skills. Every days a little differentyoull be supervising staff running therapeutic groups teaching routines and working on positive behavior strategies. From taking youth to appointments to engaging in fun activities your role is all about creating a safe supportive space for them to thrive.
Who Were Looking For
We need someone whos got a big heart a strong sense of integrity and great communication skills. You should enjoy working as part of a team and be ready to step up as a role model for both staff and residents. If youre 21 have a bachelors degree and at least a year of supervisory experience wed love to hear from you! Well teach you the rest.
