The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for a combination of routine and nonroutine technical and
administrative HR work. Performs some level of emerging professional HR responsibilities. Has a professional
understanding of the HR discipline but limited authority to execute independently. Typically work as part of a team
and operate under direct supervision. Supports multiple HR practices primarily by providing administrative duties
that can range from employee data entry and validation filing and clerical tasks event and meeting logistics and
coordination HR process administration answering HRrelated questions for employees running HRIS reports and
record management and assisting other HR professionals and functions as needed.
