An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time post 18.5 hours per week) job share to work in the Adult Social Care Young Adults Disability (YAD) Team as a Team Leader. The successful applicant will work with our existing and established management structure within the YAD. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive knowledge of working in an Adult Social Care setting especially to support young people aged 16 as part of their preparation for adulthood.
About the Role
The Team Leader will be operationally responsible for the daytoday management of a team of community support workers and trainee Community support workers within the team. The Team Leader will maintain a high performing team ensure high standards and an effective service.
The key duties:
A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
