Lasseters is the centre of entertainment in Alice Springs Central AustraliaWe are currently recruiting for new and experienced Security Officers in fulltime and casualpositions on a rotating 24/7 roster.
Resort style with deluxe style accommodation rooms multiple food and beverage outlets casino Health Club / Day Spa and an adjacent Convention Centre. Having recently completed a significant redevelopment programme associating ourselves with the known IHG brand Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters has an enhanced focus on the tourism and hospitality market by providing an exceptional experience to its patrons and guests.

In this role
Security presence within the property
Logistical support in the conduct of various functions; and
Monitoring public areas to ensure a safe environment for patrons and staff.
Duties include:
First Aid responder
Cash handling and escorts
Routine checks and respond to alarms/incidents.
Monitoring patrons levels of intoxication
Enforcing dress regulations assessment and enforcement
Identification checks
To be successful for this position you will need to demonstrate:
Experience working in the security industry;
Ability to communicate and deal with people at all levels;
Experience in making prompt reliable decisions within bounds of allocated responsibilities;
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
Ability to maintain accurate records and reports; and
Flexibility to work days nights and weekends.

The idealapplicant will already hold an NT Dual Crowd Control and Security Licence and be able to obtain a Casino Operatives Licence which involves criminal history checks and government probity checks. A First Aid Certificate is a prerequisite for this position.
