Job Description
Our client is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to join their team. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in supporting their human resource operations fostering a highperformance culture and attending to various HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs assist in job postings and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries addressing concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance review processes assist in tracking employee performance metrics and provide guidance to managers on best practices.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and initiatives helping to foster employee growth and development.
- Compliance & Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare reports as needed for management review.
- HR Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies procedures and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role ideally within a corporate environment.
- Solid understanding of HR principles practices and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
