Our teams goal is to drive strategic planning datadriven decisionmaking and business intelligence initiatives within the B2B enabling informed insights and maximizing operational efficiency. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PreSales Manager who will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and onboarding by understanding customer requirements defining tailored solutions and supporting the sales team throughout the customer acquisition process. Requirement Discovery & Analysis Engage with potential clients to gather and analyze their technical and operational requirements. Organize schedule and identify subject matter experts for client discovery sessions. Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges goals and expectations. Solution Design & Proposal Development Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop customized solutions. Draft detailed scope of work documents ensuring technical alignment. Provide input to commercial proposals supporting the sales team in deal structuring. Technical & Functional Consulting Act as a subject matter expert answering client queries and explaining solution capabilities. Support sales teams in positioning features and services within the competitive landscape. Project Management & Handover Coordination Manage the timeline from presales to onboarding ensuring a seamless transition. Ensure that the implementation teams have clear documentation of the defined solution scope of work and the committed timelines for go live. Demonstrations & Presentations Deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing how solutions address client challenges. Ensure alignment of sales messaging with product and operational capabilities. Strong understanding of B2B logistics fulfillment and supply chain ecosystems. Experience in solution design technical sales or presales consulting in a SaaS or logistics technology company. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customerfriendly solutions.
